Who this is for
I help intermediate-to-advanced lifters 30-45 who are plateaued or injury-limited add 10-15% to their compounds while rebuilding joint resilience.
I do this through the Limit Breaker program: adaptive strength programming, individualized movement protocols, joint integrity work, nutrition and habit consultation, weekly 1:1 check-ins, and video technique breakdowns - built around actual coaching, not a template.
Who this is for
You're an intermediate or advanced lifter, 30-45, with real training history behind you already - not someone starting from zero. You're analytical and high-agency: an operator, business owner, engineer, or executive who solves hard problems for a living and expects the same precision from your training. You may want to compete in strongman, powerlifting, ATHX or CrossFit. You've hit a structural ceiling - accumulated injury, a knowledge gap, poor movement patterns, or programming that plateaued you - and you're done spending hours on end tweaking that soviet conjugate program you bought for 50 dollars with ChatGPT trying to make it work for you.
Who this isn't for
This isn't general fitness coaching, fat-loss coaching, or a beginner program. If you're new to lifting, I'm not your guy - the coaching here is built for people who already know how to move basic weights and simply need precision in programming, intelligent handling of the complexity of strength training modalities, proper physio and mobility work and technique adjustments - not supervision.
The problem I solve
Most plateaus aren't an experience problem. They're a structural one - an old injury nobody properly rebuilt, movement patterns that were never corrected, or programming that stopped matching what your body actually needs. This goes sevenfold if you have already packed some mileage on your workouts and are in or past your 30's. Pushing harder inside a broken structure just gets you more of the same plateau, or a new injury. The fix is precision and proper planning, not more effort.
How the Limit Breaker System Works
Adaptive strength programming - your program changes as your body and data change, not on a fixed template.
Individualized movement protocols - corrections specific to your actual movement patterns, not generic cues.
Joint integrity work - built in from the start, not bolted on after something hurts. You can get strong while your body heals; strength develops in more ways than the one currently causing pain.
Nutrition and habit consultation - support for the parts of training that happen outside the gym.
Weekly 1:1 check-ins - real coaching, not a program handed to you and left alone. Attention to detail and personalization are the actual mechanism here, not an add-on.
Video technique breakdowns - precise feedback on execution, not assumptions.
This works within limited time. Four hours a week is enough to make real progress - this is about training with precision, not training more.
Why I do this work
I'm a strongman competitor (U90kg) who was rebuilt from serious injury myself. I specialize in taking lifters who've been broken down - by injury, bad programming, or both - and advancing them past where healthy lifters plateau, because I've done it with my own training, not just other people's.
Is this a fit for you?
Not everyone is a fit for what I do, and that's intentional - I limit my focus so I can give the people I work with real one-on-one attention, not a diluted version of coaching spread across too many clients. If we're not a fit, a free call still gets you specific, useful advice. Come with your questions ready.
